My favorite Norah Jones songs tend to be the ones with less instruments and effects (read: everything on her first two albums, “Not Too Late”, “Wish I Could”, “December.”) I think mostly it’s because her best feature as a musician is her voice; it’s so unique and weirdly, the breathiness works really well.
